Safety Tips & Deal Process

Buyer sends an offer to the seller, or chats with the seller regarding the account.

No direct contact is allowed. Buyer and seller must deal only through FFMarketplace. Direct contact may result in a permanent ban and IP ban.

If the seller agrees to the price, the seller should accept the offer. Otherwise, the seller can send a counter-offer.

After the offer is accepted, the buyer clicks Pay Now and pays the amount to the Admin. Pay Now is strictly for payment only.

Once payment is received, the deal status will appear in the chatbox.

The seller must send the bind/recovery email through the chatbox.

If the seller does not provide the account details within 10 hours, the buyer will receive a full refund.

The buyer enters FF Recovery Mode and changes the platform using the code provided by the seller.

The buyer checks the account. If there is any issue, type @admin in the chatbox.

If the account is correct, the buyer changes the bind/recovery email in the FF game.

After the deal is finalized, the seller sends their payment method in the same chatbox.

The seller receives the payment after 15 days.

If any issue occurs within these 15 days, type @admin or contact the Admin directly.
