By accessing or using FF Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must verify your email address via OTP before your account is activated.
Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be banned.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Listing Accounts for Sale

Sellers must be the legitimate owner of the Free Fire account being listed.
All listing information (level, UID, screenshots) must be accurate and not misleading.
Listings are subject to admin review and approval before becoming publicly visible.
FF Marketplace reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Sellers must place the unique verification code (FFM-XXXXX) in their Free Fire in-game bio as proof of ownership before the listing is approved.

4. Buying Accounts

All purchases are admin-supervised. Payment must be made through official payment channels on the platform.
Buyers agree to a 15-day transfer window after deal finalization, during which the seller must complete the account transfer.
Buyers must not harass sellers or attempt to bypass the admin-supervised process.

5. Admin Role & Escrow

FF Marketplace admin acts as a neutral escrow facilitator for all transactions.
The admin finalizes deals and mediates disputes between buyers and sellers.
The admin's decision in disputes is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

Listing accounts that are banned, restricted, or obtained illegally.
Providing false information in listings or user profiles.
Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid admin oversight.
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or admin.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
Any activity that violates Garena's Free Fire Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms. Banned users forfeit any pending transactions at admin discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

FF Marketplace facilitates transactions but is not liable for losses arising from buyer/seller disputes, delays in account transfer, or changes to the Free Fire game. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
