Listing information: Free Fire account UID, level, screenshots, and other details you provide when listing an account for sale.
Transaction information: Records of accounts bought and sold through our platform.
Communication data: Messages exchanged through our chat system between buyers, sellers, and admin.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session information collected automatically.
Payment information: Payment details processed through our payment partners (PhonePe, BlockBee). We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To facilitate secure account trading between buyers and sellers.
To send OTP verification emails and transaction notifications.
To provide admin-supervised escrow services during transfers.
To improve our platform and prevent fraud.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Payment processors: PhonePe, BlockBee — only the information necessary to complete a transaction.
Email service providers: Hostinger, Brevo, Gmail — to send transactional emails on our behalf.
Law enforcement: When required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Listing media (images and videos) is deleted automatically 15 days after a deal is marked as sold. Chat text history is retained for dispute resolution purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and session management to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us through the Chat with Admin page. We will respond within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
